Factories will be closed from January 21 - February 12. All orders must be placed prior to October 1 to complete prior to Lunar New Year. This date will allow for all submittals, approvals, and deposits.

EDGECOMBE

Imported orders only...Factories will be closed from January 25 - February 8. Last date to ship from Asia: 01/17/2025

Deadline for NEW POs: 10/30/2024

2-3 weeks for approval of drawings and finishes
Production 6-8 weeks for standard product
Production 8-10 weeks custom
Deadline to receive COM is 12/10

BDL LIGHTING

Orders requiring shipment out of China prior to the shutdown:
To meet this deadline, BDL must receive the following by October 30th:

- Purchase Order (PO)
- Deposit
- All necessary approvals
Orders or approvals received after October 20th:
These orders may experience delays and are expected to begin shipping in late February, after the CNY holiday period.

Please ensure that all required documentation and approvals are submitted in time to avoid any delays.

KIMBALL

Below are the order cutoff dates for CLEAN orders (PO, drawing approvals & deposit). Orders received after these dates will be affected by the LNY holiday shutdown.

Custom – October 25th (10/25/2024)

Modified Program – November 8th (11/8/2024)

Standard Program – November 15th (11/15/2024)

Model Rooms – December 6th (12/6/2024)

For the best planning, with custom or modified projects, that if KIMBALL doesn't have a PO in-house 2 weeks prior to the above dates there is a high likelihood of delays. These 2 additional weeks will allow us to work through approvals and deposits.

If orders miss the above cutoff dates there will be an additional 25 days added to the standard project lead-time. This extension will remain in place on all orders until 2/10/2025. Expected Extended Lead-times:

Custom – 19 ½ weeks….(on orders place 10/26 thru 2/10)

Modified Program – 17 ½ weeks….(on orders place 11/9 thru 2/10)

Standard Program – 15 ½ weeks….(on orders place 11/16 thru 2/10)
